Note: These terms are a template and have not yet been reviewed by legal counsel. They should not be relied upon until they have been.
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Docuvas marketing website at docuvas.com (the “Site”), operated by MoSo Engineering. The Docuvas product itself is provided under a separate agreement and is not governed by these terms.
Acceptance
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About the Site
The Site provides information about the Docuvas product. Content is provided for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer, advice, or a commitment to provide any product or service. Use of the Docuvas application is governed by the separate agreement between us and the relevant customer.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, and the Docuvas and MoSo Engineering names and logos — are owned by MoSo Engineering or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the content for personal or internal business reference, but you may not copy, modify, or redistribute it for commercial purposes without our permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, or using it in violation of applicable law.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party services, such as our demo-scheduling provider and the product sign-in. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoSo Engineering will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rotterdam, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
