Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 June 2026
Note: This policy is a template tailored to how this website works. It has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and should not be relied upon until it has been.
This Privacy Policy explains how MoSo Engineering (“we”, “us”), the company behind Docuvas, handles personal data collected through the Docuvas marketing website at docuvas.com (the “Site”). It does not cover the Docuvas application itself when deployed on a customer’s own infrastructure, which is governed by the agreement between us and that customer.
Who we are
The data controller for personal data collected through the Site is MoSo Engineering, based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at [email protected].
What we collect and why
Demo requests: when you book a demo, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects the details you submit — typically your name, email address, and any message — so we can arrange and hold the meeting.
Account sign-in: if you sign in to a Docuvas demo or environment, we process the credentials and account information needed to authenticate you.
Technical data: like most websites, our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and request logs to deliver the Site securely and prevent abuse.
Cookies: the Site itself sets only strictly necessary cookies. We do not run advertising or analytics cookies unless you have given consent through our cookie banner (see “Cookies and consent” below).
Cookies and consent
Strictly necessary cookies are required to operate the Site and are not subject to consent. Our hosting provider may set a security cookie for bot protection that falls into this category.
We do not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. If we introduce optional analytics in the future, it will load only after you accept it via the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by clearing the Site’s storage in your browser, which will bring the banner back.
Legal bases for processing
We rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR: your consent (for optional analytics and for responding to demo requests you initiate); performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (to provide a demo or account access); and our legitimate interests (to keep the Site secure and operational), balanced against your rights.
Who we share data with
We use a small number of service providers (processors) that handle data on our behalf, including Cal.com (demo scheduling) and Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, and security). Each processes data only as needed to provide its service.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — for example, demo correspondence for as long as needed to follow up with you, and technical logs for a limited period for security. We then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your local supervisory authority.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide a more prominent notice.
